1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Kinshi Break (the "App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure that you read them carefully before using the App. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and the Kinshi Team.
2. Apple App Store Terms
You acknowledge that these Terms of Use are concluded between you and the Kinshi Team only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the App or the content thereof. Your use of the App must also comply with the App Store Terms of Service.
3. Use License
You are granted a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control. You may not copy, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the App. All trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Kinshi Team.
4. Maintenance and Support
The Kinshi Team is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
5. Disclaimers & Medical Advice
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Kinshi is not a medical device. The information and reminders provided by the App are for educational and habit-forming purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Kinshi Team shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App. Apple is not responsible for any product claims, including but not limited to product liability, legal/regulatory compliance, or consumer protection.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our interests.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
