Kinshi Break is designed with a "Privacy First" philosophy. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, location data, or contact information.

The application uses Apple's native Family Controls and Screen Time APIs. These system-level APIs allow Kinshi to monitor device usage and provide break reminders entirely on-device. Due to the architecture of these APIs, the app does not have access to your:

• Browsing history or URLs
• Specific app usage details (only total category/time data handled by the system)
• Messages, emails, or personal communications

2. Local Processing & Storage

All monitoring and timer logic happens locally on your device. We do not use any external servers or third-party cloud services to process your data. Any settings or preferences you save are stored locally on your iPhone and can be deleted at any time by removing the application.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

Since Kinshi does not collect or transmit data to any server, we do not retain any of your personal information. If you wish to delete any local settings or preferences, you can simply uninstall the application. This will permanently remove all app-related data from your device.

4. Children's Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. Kinshi does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. Our application does not include identifying tracking or advertising SDKs, making it safe for users of all ages.

5. Third-Party Services

Our application does not include any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs. We believe your habits should remain private.

6. Your Rights

Under regulations such as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) or CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), you have rights regarding your personal data. Because Kinshi does not collect your data, your rights to access, rectification, or erasure are inherently protected as you maintain full control over your data locally on your device.
